I'm not so sure, since Cpt. Sully is now a hero and he works for said airline. At least it shows they can hire competent pilots. I wonder if people are paying more attention to those pre-flight instructions? I also wonder if a seatback would really float. I don't want to find out. I would like to fly somewhere just so I can be the one passenger to raise my hand and ask the flight attendant, "Could you please go over that again?"
I have to admit, the first thing I thought of when I saw the picture was the British voice on the Continental Airways video I saw the first time I flew (I was 13), saying "In case of a water landing slides may be used as rafts."
Yeah...I've been seeing news about it even in Spain.
