How Can I Tell It's 2008?
I can tell because I just saw a television commercial for green-friendly chips. That's right, chips that are good for the environment. You can now be smug about the chips you eat, people. It is a new era in which we live.
those chips ARE delicious but they don't make me feel like i'm saving the world. but the lady's australian/new zealander accent does make one more excited about the prospect of consuming a product using green technology.
Wow. Green Subway. Awesome. It's not that I don't want people doing what they can for the environment, but I have to think that if you could use less energy making sandwiches (or chips), you would do that whether it's good for the environment or not.
I guess what I'm saying is that I'm probably still going to prefer Jimmy John's, whether it's better for the planet or not.

Lots of folks feel guilty when they eat chips. Now they can feel like they're saving the world! How empowering.
Are the bags made from recycled bags? That's an important question. Whatever.
