It can go along with Harriot, Helen, Helga, Humphrey, Hubert, Hogarth, Harold, Horace, and I could go on, but I'll stop. I have not read the Scarlet Letter. I also did not go to high school.L. H. Doesn't some chick have an affair with some guy? I think that's how it goes. ;)John Lynchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09331641225948161347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16955127.post-55211668056305794062007-08-07T03:43:00.000-04:002007-08-07T03:43:00.000-04:00We ended up losingpwnedWe ended up losing

pwnedJohn Lynchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09331641225948161347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16955127.post-32602589887302775372007-08-06T23:15:00.000-04:002007-08-06T23:15:00.000-04:00I liked Scarlet Letter, but my favorite Hawthorne ...I liked Scarlet Letter, but my favorite Hawthorne has got to be The Marble Faun. Puritan art students study in scandalously Catholic Italy. What puritans are doing studying art is never fully explained, but Hawthorne does a beautiful job describing Rome and it is a fun, mysterious, delirious book. Highly recommended.Katehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03787892622804373968noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16955127.post-88915633352254232862007-08-06T21:09:00.000-04:002007-08-06T21:09:00.000-04:00hey Husband to Be.... :) I saw Alice in Wonderland...hey Husband to Be.... :)

I saw Alice in Wonderland in your car and forgot to tell you how much I LOVE that book! Also don't forget to check out House of Seven Gables by Hawthorne, pretty cool thrilleresque mystery.

Batting cages tomorrow!!

Don't go on any trips and die while I time travel (a la Premonition).Lindseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07131347839034634802noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-16955127.post-44345586320746830542007-08-06T18:32:00.000-04:002007-08-06T18:32:00.000-04:00I did read The Scarlet Letter in High School! I liked it though. Good writing. Good metaphors and similes and what not.

Also, lest The Cous malign himself to his entire reading audience (which I happen to know confidentially is in fact quite vast) he gave a gold glove showing this week in right center. It was awesome.E. W. Lynchhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09737627819225106045noreply@blogger.com
